      - day to day work is very varied - different tasks/projects to learn and grow - company really cares for employees and customers

      Cons

      - sometimes chinese mentality clashes with non-chinese cultur and local laws/rules - collaboration between different departments often messy/unorganized - management sometimes fail to talk to employees properly/in a professional way
