Vibrant and exciting venture; very friendly office environment with a great office location and facilities. Extremely generous company, the pay is higher than the industry average. There's a good level of flexibility and management team is supportive to employees' needs.

Cons

Management style is not consultative, decisions are made from top and cascaded to bottom with little or clear communication. Quantity is often preferred to quality.

Pros

A very inclusive environment with a great working culture and work life balance. There are many routes for progression and learning opportunities and it is evident that managers care about their teams' growth. In my role, the work is extremely varied and there are many opportunities to get involved in some innovative projects. My favourite part about the company is that it is a naturally diverse workplace where everyone's backgrounds are actively celebrated!

Cons

As the company is so big, sometimes teams can work in silos. However, there is an effort being made to address this issue. Someone is always willing to point you in the direction of the correct team.

Pros

Fantastic office in a prime location, with amazing people, everybody is super friendly and kind. You have a sense of pride in working here. I love it so far!

Cons

It is quite a new company in Europe so there are some challenges which come with the transition from the other markets where the company is already well established, and there are some "testing days" however that is a part of the growth and the potential to be great is there.
