      - A huge company with good ethics. - Employees have space to play around and a lot of opportunities to gain as long as they're devoted themselves. - Overall flexible working environment with work-life balance and caring.

      Cons

      Not a perfect place as it's too big already with complex organize structure. Things may become complicated sometimes due to the org set-up.
