Friendly staff, thats all. Nice office.

Cons

- customers are very abusive. - higher departments don't care about agents. - burn out due to bad communication + horrible customers. - customers problem are never solved.

Pros

The sense of culture has been better in the last years and it is the people that makes the job better

Cons

Procedures are always changing, a lot of the times not for better. Some KPIs are almost impossible to achieve where the majority of them are not customer focused. There is no full understanding of the markets we work with which makes the job very difficult. Salary is way to low for the living costs and for the role. Sub-levels within the role should be rechecked considering the amount of work and responsibilities. Salary should also be reviewed more often for some roles as there is no point some roles without direct team management earning the same or even more.
