Procedures are always changing, a lot of the times not for better. Some KPIs are almost impossible to achieve where the majority of them are not customer focused.
There is no full understanding of the markets we work with which makes the job very difficult.
Salary is way to low for the living costs and for the role. Sub-levels within the role should be rechecked considering the amount of work and responsibilities. Salary should also be reviewed more often for some roles as there is no point some roles without direct team management earning the same or even more.
