This exposure has been invaluable for my professional growth. Innovative Environment: The company is at the forefront of technology and innovation in the travel industry. It’s exciting to be part of a team that’s constantly pushing boundaries and improving the customer experience. Supportive Leadership: The management team is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee development. They provide clear guidance and empower employees to take ownership of their work. Collaborative Culture: Trip.com fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Teams across departments work together seamlessly, which makes problem-solving and achieving goals much more efficient. Career Growth: There are ample opportunities for advancement within the company. Trip.com encourages internal mobility and provides resources for skill development, which is great for long-term career planning.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: While the dynamic nature of the company is exciting, it can also be demanding at times. Adapting to rapid changes and tight deadlines requires resilience and strong time management skills. Communication Challenges: With teams spread across different regions, there can occasionally be communication gaps or delays. However, the company is actively working on improving cross-regional collaboration

Pros

Today marks my 7-year anniversary with Trip.com, and I couldn't be more grateful for the journey so far. These past years have been filled with growth, challenges, learning, and countless opportunities to work alongside some of the most talented and inspiring people. From day one, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to meaningful projects that not only helped the company grow but also helped me grow professionally and personally. Every experience—whether a success or a learning moment—has added value to my career and shaped me into who I am today. What I’ve come to appreciate most is the collaborative culture, the trust in each team member’s potential, and the support from mentors and colleagues who’ve made the workplace feel like a second home.

Cons

To everyone who’s been part of this journey—thank you. Here’s to continuing to grow, innovate, and make an impact together.
