Management is very Chinese-style and top-down, with direction changing very often. Regional teams have little say and are mainly expected to follow HQ instructions.

No annual increase. Monthly incentive is almost impossible due to very high metrics that need to be met.

Business is growing, and the stock price keeps going up. So it's a good thing if you have stock options.

Cons

Bureaucracy and a lot of politics. Can't get a promotion unless you have relations. Poor salary compared to high recruiting demands. A lot of overtime. The WFH policy does not apply to all departments.
