      Pros

      Diversity and flexibility. Trip.com is a nice environment to work in. We have people from 12 different countries and the opportunity to grow, starting from an advisor level, is motivating. The company supports development and career growth. I've been part of this family for almost 4 years. Starting as an advisor and being promoted to a leadership position has made my professional life abroad valuable. I appreciate the opportunities I have here.

      Pros

      Great international environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds thanks to the 19-language support! The company culture is professional, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork and support.

      Cons

      Attendance policies can be a bit strict, but it’s understandable given the professional standards of the company.

      Pros

      - The salary is above market - Hybrid working - I have worked at previous contact centres and Trip.com's are far superior from the rest. From the compensation & benefits package, constant events and the office décor! - Great multicultural environment, there is people from all over the world making it a really buzzing atmosphere - Excellent opportunities to visit HQ in Shanghai (all expenses paid)

      Cons

      - With Trip.com still cementing itself in to Europe there is challenges with translating processes etc to appease the West however it is to be expected
