Medical benefits: RM1200 for gym, wellness, and dental. Every month there is a birthday party, free-flowing snacks and beverages in the pantry. Transparency is achieved by open discussions with upper management. Working here requires a fast pace; if you are a slow learner, you may struggle to keep up. The most critical aspect is discipline, specifically adherence and attendance. Without these two, it would be difficult to survive.

Cons

Being an agent is a tremendously stressful job during working hours. Product knowledge is difficult, and the majority of Team Leader and above lack agent experience as an agent in this organisation. The client for this business is really demanding, particularly when managing three chats, but I see it as a challenge. Certain procedures in China do not correspond with the localised procedures in Malaysia.
