      Pros

      The camaraderie amongst the team members was something else. I always felt heard and supported. The salary was competitive and if you performed, the process for raise was pretty straight forward, especially with the support from your direct line reporting. Great office environment - complete with game/break rooms and a fully stocked pantry 😁

      Cons

      Products lacked innovation (barely worked half of the time) - churn was high The support felt at team level wasn't shared in higher ups.
