Pros

- Good work - life balance; - People are very keen to help you even if they never talked with you before - Working with brilliant people - Opportunity to work in one of the greatest traveling sites - Very inclusive

Cons

- Even though this is slowly changing you can still end up working with older technologies (I think it's normal for a 20y old product)

Awesome company, great culture

Pros

- Colleagues are smart and awesome - Company culture is great - Good Work-life balance - Free breakfast & lunch, free snacks & coffee

Cons

- For software engineers, sometimes not given enough time to fully polish a feature before go online. We often ship with MVPs due to time limitation.
