      Pros

      Reasonable well paid - good salary rates, including shift penalties, regular Rostered Days Off and flexibility with shift work. A very good EBA.

      Cons

      Shift work can be a drain physically and mentally, especially if you have a family of live at a distance.

      - Management can have issues communicating with staff - Very authoritarian culture, especially from senior management - Limited opportunities for leave at times, due to nature of employment.
