Pros
The people are really what make TriplePoint – overall they're extremely intelligent, nice, fun, and hardworking. Because it's a small agency you can take on a lot of responsibility quickly, and can pretty rapidly develop your skills in the PR world. Management style is very transparent and pretty hands-off/laid back. You have the opportunity to work with some great clients across several industries. It's a great place to learn and work alongside an energetic, talented team.
Cons
The workload can be very heavy at times, and you can't always choose what projects you'll work on (which can make the days drag if you're not interested in a particular client). If you don't take the initiative yourself, growth within the company can be slow. However, they will work with you if you are committed to your own development – it's really what you make of it.
