I've only been a part of the company for about 5 months now but everyone has been very helpful and willing to lend a hand since the beginning to make sure I succeed. Everything is a team effort so there is a lot of communication between everyone. You never feel out of the loop even though the company employees are spread out all over the country. I've never had any government experience, but with the help of the rest of the company it was very simple to pick up. Also, there is a lot of opportunities for career building. Management does a great job to ensure you're reaching your full potential by making sure you enjoy your position and that you're never left with nothing to do.
