Okay pay, good Christmas and summer parties. A lot of people who have been at the company for a long time.

Cons

Applied for an intro sales position and I already had a few years of sales experience. They told me they had this sales development program where I would work in tech support and then transfer over to a good sales position after about a year (you would occasionally shadow sales employees). I accepted the position even with no tech support background. After about a few months into the job I realized a lot of people that were in this program were still in tech support after a year or were in a low paying dead end sales position (all looking for a new jobs). After a year I seen a few sales positions I was qualified for (based off the qualifications online) and asked if I could apply but I had a meeting with HR they said that did not think I would be a good fit. I had 0 employee reviews with my tech support manager in the year I was there so I had no idea where I stood with the company. I wasted a year of my career here
