Pros

- Will have the chance to take on a lot of new responsibilities in order to cover for the turnover

Cons

- High turnover at all levels (most leaving upon learning the current state of the company) - Lack of integrity and trustworthiness for executives and senior leadership - Have not paid out bonuses for years providing no reasonable explanation - No work flexibility - Paltry benefits - All decisions driven by the bottom dollar; people, quality product, and laws/rules/regulations be damned - Lack of company vision or path for growth

Pros

I was hired right after I graduated from college, so I didn't know any better. Only Pro for me was that it put my foot in the door as an analytical chemist. I learned ALOT because I was thrown head first into projects due to lots of turnover. So much work... and we weren't allowed to sit and we didn't have much space to prepare or write in notebooks. Because of this... when I worked for the next company I was at, I was so happy to have my own desk and chair and I knew how to calibrate & use every instrument.

Cons

Forced to work weekends and holidays without pay. Sexual harassment from men. Very low morale. Lots of backstabbing and culture cliques. CEO is gross and overbearing... he takes advantage of people who have work visas. Etc, ETC, ETC... JUST A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE. According to the reviews... it seems to not have changed.

Pros

There is opportunity because almost everything is done in-house.

Cons

The company is completely siloed and there is no upward movement. You will do the job you were hired for and have to fight to learn anything additional. You can expect favorites to be played and to be miserable every day you go to work. You can also expect to be requested by management to do things in blatant violation of GMPs.
