      -You get to play with all sorts of the technology (audio streaming, big data, advertising tech) -Different challenges, never repetitive work -Great colloration across different teams -Not a Java factory -You get to innovate on current practices and they're always looking for ways to improve

      Pros

      Triton let you to test and choose the right technology according to your needs, that allows you to learned a lot by experimenting. They've done a really good job implementing Agility, we're really Agile (not just doing daily scrum...) and daily use XP practices like TDD, pair programming... They're a lot of fun, we're regularly having BBQ, 5@7, there's also a Xmas party, summer event, hackathon like. Location is great.

      Cons

      Each teams have it's own priorities and it's hard to have a common alignement. Too many projects are owned by the teams and it's hard to focus on new opportunities.
