      Good management that provides opportunity to select interested projects to work on. Wide variety of projects to expand learning and knowledge base. Greta coworkers that provide a good working atmosphere. Employees are willing to help others and work towards a common goal. Full project experience; R&D, management, financials, product development, business development.

      Company is improving infrastructure for employees to better perform jobs. Lack of direction in on boarding process.
