      Pros

      Great start to a career in the Environmental sector. Good networking abilities at times fun people to work with.

      Cons

      Company is lacking diversity. Long hours with not any perks, which probably accounts for the high turnover of the company. If you don't push yourself to the top your likely to get stuck in the same position you started there as.

      Pros

      Working at Triumvirate has been a great experience so far. I came in fresh out of college without any knowledge of the field and TEI has put their time and effort into my professional growth and development. I have had the opportunity to work with not only big name clients, but also many different coworkers with many different roles. Growth at this company is a real thing and it is happening now. By working hard and pushing the envelope, you are setting yourself up for a strong future at the company. The environmental specialist advancement program is just one example of a way that TEI keeps their employees growing. This program is a series of tests, and when you pass one of them, you are then up for promotion. This acts as a great internal resume booster as you gain knowledge and responsibility.

      Cons

      The hours can be certainly long and for some it can be very taxing.

      Fellow employees are great. The company provides you with people in a similar age range and everyone is going through the same struggles

      Cons

      No work life balance at all Long hours Low Pay Company preys on Recent college grads Did i mention low pay? Youll have to work 60+ hour weeks to take home $55k, You work until the job is done Company discourages lunch breaks in order to finish the job for the day, 90% of the time you have to eat in the truck or not at all. You have to get a CDL to drive trucks in the city Little to no growth opportunities. Turnover rate of employees is astronomical due to the physical demands of this job and low salaries. SERIOUSLY DO NOT WORK AT THIS COMPANY. HEED MY WARNING. PEOPLE LITERALLY RUN OUT OF THE DOOR WHEN THEY GET ANOTHER JOB OFFER. READ THE REST OF THESE REVIEWS. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID
