A great opportunity

Pros

I really enjoy working at Triumvirate. It is fair compensation for an entry level position. The company takes safety seriously. Most of my fellow workers are easy to get along with. Very little drama. Overall, a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in hazmat, environmental compliance, and/or logistics. Overtime opportunities are also sometimes available, and that does help make up for the sub-par wages.

Cons

Wages could be more competitive considering the high cost of living in our region. Overall, I would say the wages aren't criminally low. However, they should probably be better to reflect the dangerous nature of the work.

Pros

The people were nice and there was a lot to learn, keeps you busy.

Cons

No real growth opportunities. Low pay for the physical labor expected. No structure. Never knew what your day called for in terms of travel and workload, always on the whim.

Pros

This job will teach you that if you can handle this you can handle anything.

Cons

You’re pretty much risking your life every day with dangerous chemicals and heavy drums and get paid way below what you deserve. This job is not just mentally but physically exhausting. They say you make money because of overtime but if you’re working 60 hour weeks rain or shine with a damn college degree you should be making more than a target employee. They will work you like a dog and not even appreciate it. Also management (at least at my branch) sucks. They send you out on jobs and don’t even give you a client contact number. Overall this company and its culture is absolutely horrible.
