Pros

My experience working at Trivelta has been one of my favorites I have ever had. It can be intense at times, and leadership does expect a lot out of us, but they also reward us for it. We had huge end of the year bonuses, have bagels in the office every Monday morning, and lunch catered every Friday. The CEO and leadership team genuinely seems to care about their employees and their customers. The technology is not perfect, which can cause frustration, but we are constantly working to improve this. At the end of the day, I think many people do not realize that we have 5 offices, across 4 continents and this whole thing was started out of a college dorm room with no institutional funding. Are things perfect, no. But do I love what I do, appreciate the company, and hope to be here for many years to come? Yes. Most of the reviews you read on here are simply disgruntled employees that got fired for not being good at their job or the right fit for this fast moving of a company.

Cons

The CEO sometimes brings his dogs in which some may find distracting, but I do not mind.

Toxic leadership and questionable business practices raise red flags

Pros

It sounds interesting to friends when you can say that Snoop Dogg is a customer.

Cons

Executive leadership makes rash, emotional decisions rather than strategic ones. The environment is highly reactive and unpredictable, operating on extremes where your standing changes overnight. The CEO exhibits the most instability at the executive level, often driven by competing internal agendas. There is zero appreciation for tenure or historical contribution, creating a constant state of professional instability. Departures of senior leadership happen randomly and without notice, with the co-founder frequently used to execute these sudden changes. The company operates under a sweepstakes model, taking advantage of a lack of strict regulation. Because of this insular environment, I witnessed questionable ethical decisions on a weekly basis.
