Departures of senior leadership happen randomly and without notice, with the co-founder frequently used to execute these sudden changes. The company operates under a sweepstakes model, taking advantage of a lack of strict regulation. Because of this insular environment, I witnessed questionable ethical decisions on a weekly basis.
