Pros
Nice building, pay is descent, benefits are not too bad. Company seems pretty stable.
Cons
Never puts the employee first, never gives updates on the direction of the company and how the company is currently doing. You will never feel like the company truly values you if you work here. A good example is how they handled the corona virus situation. Ton make a long story short, certain employees were given permission to work from home while the rest of could not even though it is 100% possible that we can. On top of that, they lied to us about why these employees can work from home. Just be prepared that you will always be a disgruntled employee if you work here. I don’t think I have met an employee here that has actually said, “I really enjoy working here.” Does the salary out way happiness?
