      The people working at the company are very nice, smart and interesting. Your co-workers are wonderful and you would enjoy spending your days with them.

      Cons

      The company while nice in many ways, does not pay their employees what they are worth, nor for the amount of work that they put in.

      Pros

      You have the opportunity to wear many different hats. Management does not micro manage. Thje atmosphere is very positive and fun to be part of.

      Cons

      Sales team not the sharpest knives in the drawer including the SVP, this makes it difficult to execute corporate strategies in a business that is quickly changing .
