Pros

I have worked for Trivium (formerly CWI) for almost 7 years. There have definitely been ups and downs but you will have that at any job. My direct supervisor is AMAZING, my schedule is flexible, the work is very rewarding, and my co-workers are awesome!

Cons

It can be easy to let it take over your personal life because you are working so closely with individuals in their lives- just make sure you find a way to "turn it off" when you are done for the day to keep that work-life balance!

Pros

CB Market Director, Team Managers, Coordinators, and other staff members are very nice and easy to work with. Most of them make you feel like you are a part of their extended family.

Cons

Serving adults with disabilities can get overwhelming at times.

Fulfilling job, but gets mentally draining over time.

Pros

You get to help people achieve life goals, learn new skills, and learn how to work with people with intellectual disabilities.

Cons

You are asked to do way more than what the job entails sometimes. Also very mentally demanding overtime. Expect to work with clients that will test your nerves every second and respond professionally.
