Thank you for your nice review. Some of the positions at Trivium Life Services can allow for a hybrid work schedule which many employees really appreciate. We continually review and search for ways to increase our employees total compensation, which include compensation and benefits. Our employer paid benefits averages about 5.00 per hour which is outstanding.

Pros

I have worked for Trivium (formerly CWI) for almost 7 years. There have definitely been ups and downs but you will have that at any job. My direct supervisor is AMAZING, my schedule is flexible, the work is very rewarding, and my co-workers are awesome!

Cons

It can be easy to let it take over your personal life because you are working so closely with individuals in their lives- just make sure you find a way to "turn it off" when you are done for the day to keep that work-life balance!
