Pros

The clients are the only great reason to work at the Sioux city office

Cons

The recent restructure was unnecessary. The recent reviews on this website are false and not accurate. There are few office workers who are supportive. A certain female worker has been reported to DHS twice for how she interacted with a client.

Pros

Crossroads has made great strides recently in a difficult funding environment to enhance employee's engagement by providing more support and leadership to staff. Survey's were sent to all of us in order to provide input on how to make the organization better, and major changes were made because of this, for the better! Additionally, client experiences and opportunities continue to be enhanced, which is amazing to see the client's lives impacted in such a positive manner.

Cons

It has been a challenge working through all of the organizational changes, but I know they are for the better, and feel that they are already making a positive impact.

Pros

Senior level communication have improved 100%; Love the Town Hall Meeting! Market Directors are beginning to be approachable Beginning to hear more acknowledgement Great to see more involvement in the community - the CEO at a parade!

Cons

Still a few managers who are "Dictators" and don't feel that they need to change their communication and management style. They are unapproachable! I feel like I am not wanted when I am treated like that. Still lots of overtime.
