Pros

I am only about 3 months in working for CWI, and everyone has been so great. They are heading in a great direction. I have seen great improvement and many individuals that care and want great things for the company. Staff are friendly and willing to help out where needed. The flexibility and leadership is awesome as well.

Cons

I am not seeing any cons right at the moment, just keeping moving in the direction that we are moving in and making great changes for the staff, clients and company as a whole.

Pros

Senior level communication have improved 100%; Love the Town Hall Meeting! Market Directors are beginning to be approachable Beginning to hear more acknowledgement Great to see more involvement in the community - the CEO at a parade!

Cons

Still a few managers who are "Dictators" and don't feel that they need to change their communication and management style. They are unapproachable! I feel like I am not wanted when I am treated like that. Still lots of overtime.
