Since starting at Trivium Life Services, I have been promoted, earned a certification related to my position and have opportunities for continual growth and develpment by attending in person or virtual seminars. At work, I look forward to collaborating with my team and being a source of guidance and support. I have a great work life balance as my supervisor is very flexible and supportive when I have outside obligations. Come join our team as we grow!

While we grow, processes are evolving. It is important to focus on the positive and the progress in action to support that. With the growth is an opportunity for you to help structure the future of the company.

Pros

The team I work with at Trivium in Caldwell is incredible, makes you feel wanted & needed, and works together well. You are told from the beginning of employment that you are a necessary part of the team. We have lots of fun here, and care about making a difference in peoples' lives while we are also being shaped.

Cons

Few offices, and not getting paid enough.
