Pay is low for the job, not based on the difficulty, or skill requirements. Management is hostile, focused on short term "savings" like watching breaks like Hawks, but not on material fixes to machinery Quality is a talking point, but not a real priority. I know how to identify a Trivium can at the grocery store, and will not buy that food. The fact that this facility produces millions of cans in spite of the management is a testament to the floorstaff, and their commitment to not having to live on the streets.
