Management is hostile, focused on short term "savings" like watching breaks like Hawks, but not on material fixes to machinery
Quality is a talking point, but not a real priority. I know how to identify a Trivium can at the grocery store, and will not buy that food.
The fact that this facility produces millions of cans in spite of the management is a testament to the floorstaff, and their commitment to not having to live on the streets.
