Shipping team is great team to work with becomes like family.

Cons

They have so many openings that HR is so lazy that they never get filled. Then if you volunteer to work overtime they abuse you by making you work 6 days a week. The only time the HR lady wants to work is to fire employees that work and keep the ones that sleeps on forklifts. They have a fab shop and if they have any problem with you they will bully HR until they let you go with no just cause

Pay not as competitive and they operate so lean and have so many initiatives at one time that maintaining a work/life balance is difficult.
