Culture went down the tubes when Management Changed Over

- Used to be a wonderful place to work with management who knew you, and remembered names of your family. - Used to be very active in the community. - Staff had a lot of pride working here. Doing good for the world and gave back to the community

Cons

- When many members of the management team retired and/or left, new executives don't have the same heart. Many members of the management team doesn't even live in the city. - Many staffers who had been with the company for years were severely mistreated by new management and left or were shown the door. - Company is a hollow shell of what it used to be. No heart left anymore. - Community activities have stopped.
