      Pros

      Flexible style, excellent people to work with, interesting industry. You will learn a lot here. HUGE potential. This is THE place to learn UV fluid treatment. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of vision and focus by some upper management. The viewpoints of those below upper management are typically ignored, if they are even sought in the first place. Many very bright people are not being used to their full potential to help to organically grow the company.
