Pros

Pays well. Some talented people to work with (some, mind you). If they like you, some mistakes and lack of knowledge will be forgiven.

Cons

Never-ending. Humor on shop floor is disrespectful, very difficult to shake off old practices, never a choice made to spend money early to save money later and just people who don't want to evolve.

Great people work at Tronox in OKC. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, going to work was never a drag.

Cons

I was disappointed not to get a full time position but I completely understand why.
