      Pros

      Good base pay, but no bonuses or raises.

      Cons

      Ruled by a culture of fear and intimidation. No real interest in the health and well being of employees. Management is inept and closed off to experience brought in from outside. Employees constantly in fear of losing their jobs for the smallest infraction. The facilities are in terrible condition meanwhile the focus of management is almost entirely on punishment of employees for "behavior". Avoid this company at all costs!

      Good pay Good work-life balance Low-key culture The benefits were great as well as the balance. It wasn't often that work traveled home with me.

      Cons

      Unionized environment Lacking career development program The union makes it difficult to cause change for good. There wasn't a lot of emphasis in career development.

      I worked with some very nice and very smart people. Great learning environment.

      There isn't a lot to do living in Rock Springs.
