      Pros

      9 working day fortnight and company vehicle. Work life was a huge positive.

      Cons

      The atmosphere was toxic. Lots of besmirching behind one's back. A manager who was clueless about the intricacies of software systems and licensing. A culture that did not live up to its tenets of respect for other employees. I wish some of the guys would talk about someone else as if that person was right there in their midst.
