      Pros

      Excellent people to work with, as far as in operations and maintenance on a daily basis. Very safety oriented. Great support from other people when need assistance.

      Cons

      Interaction between management and technicians/operators not so great in some areas. Management tends to have "go do this, or" approach for doing things instead of providing background and support and appreciating people for doing things.

      Pros

      401k match is a whopping 12%. That's right. 12%. It vests over 3 years, so that's a strong incentive to stick it out.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized. Compensation is terrible. No opportunities for promotion at all.

      Pros

      Safety is a big part of the culture. The pay is pretty good. It will be interesting to see how the Alkali and TiO2 worlds combine

      Cons

      There is very little diversity on the Alkali side. And the opportunities for advancement seem to be preselected before jobs are posted.
