Less supervision and direction than most biglaw offices. Relatively few partners. Satellite office so little to no pull with the mothership.

Firm does not care about senior associates and promoted secondary markets at the expense of primary markets

You can get away with doing less work.

The pay is absolutely not market. Troutman Pepper recently increased salaries in several secondary markets which it considers to be primary markets, while failing to raise salaries of 7+ year associates to market, capping everyone at 305 with the potential for being up to 340, yet, having no senior associate make more than 305k.
