Pros

It's a job but isn't even worth it to look at in that light.

Cons

Upper management are "micro managers". They offer you "bonus" money then snatch it away when you don't meet the goals that they haven't even given you yet because they can't make decisions or follow through with anything in a timely manner. They treat the associates as a means to an end ONLY, don't be upset when you get escorted out like a criminal. Benefits suck. Some of upper management reeks like alcohol on some days, very unprofessional. The AC doesn't work in half the building in an effort to "retain cash on hand" and the heat is kept very low, when it does work. The only thing keeping them alive is a patent that will expire so no future here.

Pros

Great coworkers. Employees helped each other when problems arose.

Cons

GM created a very toxic enviroment. I don't believe a single employee cares for this person. To date 23 people have left Troxler this year.

Antiquated Work Environment

Pros

People in general are friendly. Laidback working atmosphere.

Cons

Management shirks responsibilities. Processes and procedures are not followed by managers but enforced on junior associates. Managers refuse to hold some employees accountable for fear of turnover or quitting. Overall mindset of the company is 20-30 years behind. The technology and equipment are behind the times and used until they can't be used in which it's too late to solve problems for the customers. Budgets are tight and restrict any level of progress. Conservative company when it comes to upgrading infrastructure to help the employees succeed. Too challenging of an environment for the level of compensation. I would not recommend working here for these reasons. The employees and ownership are friendly but hold back the workers. Compensation is negotiated with a "potential bonus" that you won't ever see. Sales department performs poorly ensuring the rest of us don't get a bonus even we meet our department goals. Turnover is HIGH. Employees are continually being laid off or fired, or quitting. Morale is average to low.
