Awesome faculty that truly want to see you succeed. You are given ample opportunities to teach and grade schoolwork. Very quality practice for aspiring professors.

Cons

The GA pay is incredibly small. Basically impossible to support yourself without outside financial support. Pay does not compare at all to that of other universities.
