The colleagues and passion among your co-workers is unmatched! There is so much talent at Troy University that is not recognized or appreciated. I found that building a community within the institution was effortless and I developed lifelong relationships and was mentored by phenomenal leaders.

Cons

There are some people that have not gotten more than a 1% raise after working there 10 years. Leadership expects you to go above and beyond without supporting or funding initiatives. There is also a lot of nepotism that impacts projects and a significant lack of diversity/inclusion.
