Experience and ability to work with students.

Cons

Poor supervision, no direction in supervision, lots of micromanagement. You have to be a student to have the job, however, management is unwilling to work around your schedule. Overall, poor treatment of lower level employees. Often times, management will ask you to do things that do not pertain to your job. High expectations of lower level employees and low expectations for management.
