Pros

I enjoyed working with my co-workers, the University offers many holiday days, for the most part it is easy to obtain and take vacation and sick leave.

Cons

Troy does not provide adequate training for their supervisors, I had more than 1 supervisor who committed ethical violations and were caught harassing other employees. There is a lack of communication within Troy. Be aware that Troy's Deans will likely lie to you about their intentions and may lead you to believe that they care about the employees when in fact they do not. Also, there is a lot of nepotism that is allowed to occur!
