great working environment, team work as family, really nice campus and a lot of possibilities to move around.

Cons

hiring freeze right now, salary and benefits are not that great but if you live in the area, it can be alright.

Pros

Great people. Reasonable quotas. Flexible work environment that did not require you to be in the office all the time. Pension eligibility if you stay long enough.

Cons

Very limited room for upward mobility outside of main campus. Upper management extremely resistant to change or modern models of networking, especially social media. Lower than average salary.

2 paid weeks off for Christmas Break that did not come from your vacation time.

Cons

Upper Management is unprofessional when it comes to personal friends in the work place. There's a lot of favors, undocumented leave, and child like arguments.
