Need better management. Getting the proper training is a hassle

Manager states not to "waste your time" adding ED charges on IP claims. Manager does not know what diagnosis pointers are. Once you make manager mad you need to find another job ASAP. You can forget transfer to other areas coding managers, auditors and director have worked together for years. You can research that on LinkedIn. Managers make up audit policy when you ask for it and then don't follow it. Make sure to get everything in writing.
