Unfortunate end

Pros

Decent salary. benefits were ok, health ins was not that great. Lower level people were good and smart. ETO was good.

Cons

Insurance was not great. Upper management does not care about the worker bees. No clear direction on what is most important.

Friendly atmosphere. Lower-level management is considerate of work/life balance.

Cons

Salaries are low, with disappointing annual raises. Little opportunity for advancement. Lots of old tech. Skills may not be transferable elsewhere. Middle management and above are disorganized. Projects are poorly planned.
