Pros

Do not need prior experience in sales or lawn care to be hired. Good place to learn sales and build your resume.

Cons

It's door-to-door. high rejection but you can overcome that if you increase your numbers. My location had good people so it was easier but other locations have Sales managers that aren't as helpful and you are on your own.

Pros

Plenty of hours to work, be prepared to average 10+ hours a day + weekends when needed.

Cons

Layoff in the winter. Too many yards to treat per day, Total daily square-footage quota is 2-3xs more than their competitors. Management not the best

Pros

Team structure was solid, management and HR did their jobs well. Company parties, BBQs, and prize incentive weeks and bonuses.

Cons

Poor pay structure. Sliding scale commission so payouts were poor until 10+ sales opened and closed in a week. Often required work 6 days per week, yet salary paid per week was based on 5 days. Only incentive being more sales in a tough industry.
