Pros

You do not have a manager standing over top of you during the day until you get back to the branch

Cons

Pay, commission's, sales goals are to much on top of the production you have to do.

Pros

All the employees go through a background and drug test. I love the ability to advance at Trugreen, where as some companies take 5-10 years to go through management, here you get twice a year to try and advance yourself. health benefits

Cons

The hours are late, there are no bonuses for employees under management, and you have to work the day after holidays

I was treated poorly as a customer; but this week, I applied for a manager position, and was told I'm "not qualified."

Pros

None. The company is clueless in its treatment of customers; yet, when you apply for a position in order to "make a difference," you are told that you are "not qualified." Go figure. I guess they have their system of treating people, and they "don't want no outsiders."

Cons

Cons? Maybe they only hire ex-cons? I'm well-qualified, and have a masters degree in business along with 20 years in management. I'm "not qualified?" Really? Nice strategic management from the corporate side, huh?
