Pros
The pay isn't bad. I was hired for a permanent Part time position, then was let go after a few months and was told it was just a temporary position. The manager seemed quite surprised I was told it was a permanent position.
Cons
Not run well at all. CSR reps yell at customers on the phone and they are not reprimanded for it. The place was quite dirty. The work is seasonal, they close down for the Winter so if you are looking for a steady paycheck year round, this is not the place for you.
