Pros

CMG really cares about their employees, and looks for ways to make you successful. They extended the Labor Day holiday in 2020 because of how tough of a year it was. They're very flexible with remote work, and defer to your comfort levels. Salary is competitive, benefits are solid.

Cons

Innovating so fast that sometimes there can be a lot of uncertainty
