Thanks for your feedback. It is disappointing to hear you have not had a great experience. While we recognize change is inevitable, we are constantly looking for ways to ensure that change happens with our teams ; not just to them. I also believe change will continue. Our organization has been a market leader for generations, but to remain strong for generations to come, we must continually evolve and improve. I know that employees feel strongly that we need to meet the needs of our customers of today and the future.
